Ingredients
1 date
1 teaspoon of almond or peanut butter
1 sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions:
- Slice and pit a medjool date
- Fill the date with Almond butter
- Garnish with a tiny sprinkle of sea salt
For best results, place the snack in the freezer and enjoy a few hours later, it’s chewy and delicious. Try not to keep it in the freezer for longer than 1 day. It’s also very nice stored in the fridge.
It’s that simple friends. This is my pre workout, post workout, pre bedtime, all the time kind of treat 😉
