Thai Green Curry Paste

This paste makes a full jar & it’s perfect to be reused for many curries to come. Fresh paste is divine because it’s full of fragrant aroma from the combination of fresh herbs & powders.


1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

1 teaspoon of tumeric.

1 teaspoon of coriander paste or 1 handful of coriander stalks.

1.5 teaspoons of cumin

1 knob of ginger – about 3-4 cm long

1/2 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of black peppers.

2 kaffir lime leaves

1 tablespoon of garlic paste

1 lemongrass

4 leaves of Thai basil

1 fresh green chilli – I discard the seeds because I don’t like it too spicy. It’s up to you

1 teaspoon of lemon.


– Place the ingredients into a food processor and blend. Your paste is ready to use!
