The theme for January is HYDRATION.

Fun fact: Did you know, your body is at least 60% water? That forms over half of your body composition!

Benefits of hydration include plumping and hydrating the skin, improving digestion, boosts brain function, accelerates weight loss & facilitates detox. To name a few.

ACTION: Set a daily reminder until January 31st to drink 1.5 L of water to keep you on track.

This is our 2019, and we are far more effective taking steps together.
